Welcome to our Curves of Martha Lake Web site. Having a long history of health concerns and the need to be committed to fitness, my husband and I decided to buy the Curves in Lynnwood in 2005.
The well trained staff at Curves of Martha Lake are committed to helping women achieve healthy lifestyles and weight loss goals. With CurvesSmart and the New and Improved Weight Management Class, members are improving their strength and learning how to increase their metabolism so they can lose weight and keep it off.

Introducing Curves Smart! Curves of Martha Lake is excited about the introduction of the Smart Equipment. The technology is fantastic, Curves is the only club to have this newest technology. Our members are already achieving outstanding results because of the Curves Smart Equipment, tracking their fitness level and caloric burn during each workout.
New and Improved Weight Management Class! This weight loss program has been designed with an exit strategy. No longer will women suffer from not knowing how to keep the weight off that they have worked hard to lose. Learning how to increase metabolism and how to diet effectively for just 1 week a month will impower women to have success with their diet plan.
