Here are some of our highlights for the Month:
1) Curves Circuit with Zumba is Here!!! Come join the Zumba Dance Party with our great instructors Bernice and Brenna on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It’s tons of fun and a great calorie burning Curves workout.
2) Grab your pedometers and hit the walking trails! After a great Biggest Loser Boot Camp and Walk to Mardi Gras, we're headed to Cape Cod for our next walking challenge!
3) Silver Sneakers Fitness Program: For those 65 and over, your membership at Curves could be totally FREE. Access to all equipment, and friendly, helpful staff to guide you along the way!
