2) Curves Circuit with Zumba is Here!!! Come join the Zumba Dance Party with our great instructor Bernice on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. It’s tons of fun and a great calorie burning Curves workout.

3) Grab your pedometers and hit the walking trails! We are gearing up for another summer walking challenge.

4) Silver Sneakers Fitness Program: For those 65 and over, your membership at Curves could be totally FREE. Access to all equipment, and friendly, helpful staff to guide you along the way!
