Volunteers choose their own duties which may include: Clean the equipment and facility, Make and answer phone calls to schedule appointments. Pass out flyers house to house. Encourage and train other women to workout properly and effectively. Volunteers are considered first when paid positions arise.  Available shift times are between 9am-9pm weekdays.  Saturdays between 9am-4pm.
