Welcome to our Curves Tatum Ranch Web site. Curves Tatum Ranch is under the ownership of Sheryl and Charlie Cresswell as of January 15, 2008 and located at 29850 N. Tatum Blvd. #115 as of February 1, 2008. We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching. If your Medicare health plan offers the Silver Sneakers Fitness Program, you could be working out at Curves Tatum Ranch for FREE. Call or stop by with your health plan member ID to see if you are eligible. Curves Tatum Ranch also holds the Curves Weight Management classes the first Tuesday evening of each month which are free to members and non-members as well.
