Curves/Zumba

The Curves® Circuit with Zumba® Zumba is a fun twist to the traditional Curves workout. In one-minute intervals, you'll alternate between strength training on the Curves equipment and high-energy Zumba moves. Research has shown that resistance training with lower resistance and higher repetitions promotes muscular strength and endurance. Classes are taught by Kira Pollack on Tuesdays @ 1:00 PM Thursday @ 1:00 PM Come join us and get ready for one wildly effective workout!!!
