Exercise/Distance Credit Scale:
**Note: The distance cycled may seem low for the amount of calories – however the reason for that is because almost half of the Tour is raced throughout mountainous regions, making the distance per calories burned ratio lower.
1 regular workout (2 laps on the circuit) = 300 Cal = 5.25 miles biking
Each additional lap = 150 Cal = 2.63 miles biking
Zumba-in-the-Circuit ( 1 HR.) = 600 Cal = 10.5 miles biking
Zumba-in-the-Circuit (30 min.) = 300 Cal = 5.25 miles biking
REV = 450 Cal = 7.88 miles biking
Zumba class = 600 Cal = 10.5 miles biking
Zumba Scultp & Tone (w/ 15 min. of Flat Abs) = 600 Cal = 10.5 miles biking
Zumba Sculpt & Tone (45 min. – No Abs) = 450 Cal = 7.88 miles biking
Zumba Flat Abs = 350 Cal = 6.15 miles biking
CORE class = 250 Cal = 3.35 miles biking
YOGA class = 500 Cal = 8.78 miles biking
Kickboxing = 575 Cal = 10.0 miles biking

Measurements will need to be done on a regular basis. They’ll be conducted no more frequently than every 3 weeks and will be need to be scheduled in advance by you.
