CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

REV! – a 30 to 40 minute workout around the circuit.  This class is designed to keep members motivated and exhilarated in their circuit workout – a real boredom buster!

POWER HOUR – 1 hr – a super-fun and powerful workout!  This class combines resistance training using the circuit with aerobic training.   A huge crowd-pleaser!!

YOGA – $12 per class – led by a very talented, knowledgeable & professional Yoga Instructor – all fitness levels – beginners up.  Stretch, strengthen, relax.  Bring mat.

STEP – 45 min to 1 hour – A fun class using 2 to 8 inch steps for a moderate intensity workout designed to increase your heart-rate without increasing your impact!

HI/LO AEROBICS – 45 min to 1 hr – A fun class combining a variety of dance, low impact and intermediate aerobics for a moderate to vigorous-intensity workout. 

BALANCE BALL  30 + min. of total body exercises using the balance ball (bring yours.)

CORE WORK – 30 min. of work targeting the muscle groups of the abs, buns & thighs.

WEIGHT LOSS CLASSES - Very effective & fun!!.  6 wks long – ‘Biggest Loser’ format!

FREAKY FRIDAY – Members exercise on the circuit in the reverse direction.
