Welcome to our Curves Carina/Carindale website my name is Sandy Small and I would like to share my Curves journey. When I first started at Curves I was a size 14 and I am now a size 10 all thanks to the Curves workout. I am a 44 year old single mum of a 15 year old son and co-own and manage Curves Carina/Carindale ladies health and fitness centre for the past 5 years. I also was the Chairperson of the Queensland Co-op for the past 4 years and also sat on a committee as the Qld representative for Curves national marketing. These days I am still a Director of our Qld Co-op and thoroughly enjoy my position. I am also very passionate about fundraising in my local community, Breast Cancer in particular as both my grandmothers suffered from this disease. I am very proud of my achievements that I have gained from Curves especially my weight loss and this hasn’t come easy with being on HRT for the past 14 years and running a busy business.
