Machine of the month
Every month we pick a machine and make it our machine of the month, we also run a competition on the machine, who can do the most reps?
If you would like to take part count your reps and tell Karen or Sam the most you did after each workout we will keep record and at the end of the month the person who did the most reps will receive a Curves prize!!!
Shoulder Press/Lat pull
This machine works the deltoids, trapezius and latissimus dorsi. Lean back with your head up and grab the handles. Start at shoulder height and lift until your arms are almost straight. Do not hit at either end. Be sure to move fast enough to create resistance particularly in the pull down motion.
