*Last workout is 30 minutes before closing time

Class Schedule:
Several times a week, our club offers classes. Members still do the circuit as usual, though each class offers alternative exercises to be performed on the recovery stations, pushing them to workout harder and see better results! All fitness levels are welcome and encouraged to come to any class that they can.

Ab Blast:
Alexis works the entire core (upper abs, lower abs, obliques and lower back) in her short and sweet ab class.  Members do various exercises designed to promote toning, strength and endurance.

Power 1/2 Hour
Janis works you hard on the recovery stations with a nice mix of high and low-impact moves designed to take your fitness to the next level.  Fun class!
