Welcome to Curves Nacogdoches! Our facility was formed in 1996 and was the 3rd franchise sold. The current owner purchased the facility in 2001. We are a Shining Star facility located in the 3500 block of North Street in the Lakeview shopping center. Our facility is 2400 square feet with 24 stations and a stretch machine. All employees have been trained to give you your best workout. Owners and manager have certification in nutrition by the Cooper Institution. We provide our members with a fun, convenient, comfortable environment where you will find all the support you need to meet your goals. The Curves Work-out takes just 30 minutes and includes all the components needed for a complete exercise program - warm-up, cardiovascular, strength training, cool down, and stretching.
