Annual Food Drive

Each year we attempt to bring in more food than the last.  This year, all of our food banks are hurting, due to the economy and people losing their jobs.  We, as a club, have supported seven area pantries. The least supported has been three pantries

All through the month of April, our members bring in food, and new members join by bringing in $30 worth of non-perishables. We brought in 1997.5 pounds of non-perishable food items for our community from 57 members in 2010.  In 2011 our donations were down to almost 1300 pounds and only three pantries benefited. We are very thankful for everyone that gave us support for this worthy cause.
