Curves Not for Sissies

The month of September is designated as "Curves is NOT for Sissies" month. Curves all over the country plan activities within their clubs and communities to "prove" this Curves FACT!  In September of 2010 members of the Springdale Curves went to Devils Den State Park for a hike...enjoying the beauty of God's creation and being thankful for our health and fitness, which allows us to be able to do such things!
