BREAST CANCER
During the Breast Cancer Awareness month of October, the Western Cape Clubs got together and raised R173000.00 for a mobile breast cancer tesing unit. This vehicle is fully equipped and manned by breast cancer survivors, The vehicle goes into the outlying areas where the women are tested for free and, should any detection of breast cancer be found, they are immediatley given access to further testing, medical attention and support.
