Curves is an energy and life giving exercise; and my doctor's are so excited about it. To me it's like brushing my teeth, can't do without. I feel guilty when I miss a day. I had a horse fall on me at age 18, had five fractures in my back, plus a dislocated shoulder, which was never repaired. I have had a heart murmur since birth, uterine cancer and bladder cancer. I clean my own home, garden, golf a lot, walk and keep up with six grandkids and 9 great grandkids.
